Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5985
(5985) Hafs bin Ghiyas narrated a hadith. In it, it is stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a shawl that he would wear on Fridays and the two Eids.

(٥٩٨٥) حفص بن غیاث نے حدیث ذکر کی ۔ اس میں ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی ایک چادر تھی جو جمعہ اور عیدین کے موقع پر پہنتے تھے۔

٥٩٨٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ،عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ:" أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَلْبَسُ بُرْدَهُ الْأَحْمَرَ فِي الْعِيدِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ ".٥٩٨٥ - وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الزَّاهِدُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَسَّانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ،إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بُرْدٌ يَلْبَسُهَا فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ "
