Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7168
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: When 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was stabbed, Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) expressed grief. He said, "O Hafsah! Have you not heard that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'The one who is mourned for will be punished?'" And similarly, Suhayb (may Allah be pleased with him) sighed and lamented. 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Suhayb! Do you not know that the one who is sighed and lamented over will be punished?"

(٧١٦٨) انس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : جب عمر (رض) پر خنجر کے وار ہوئے تو سیدہ حفصہ (رض) نے اس پر اظہار افسوس کیا تو انھوں نے کہا : اے حفصہ ! کیا تو نے نہیں سنا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے تھے : جس پر نوحہ کیا جاتا ہے اسے عذاب دیا جاتا ہے اور اسی طرح صہیب (رض) نے آہ وبکا کی تو عمر (رض) نے کہا : اے صہیب ! کیا تو جانتا نہیں کہ جس پر آہ وبکا کی جائے اسے عذاب دیا جاتا ہے۔
(7168) Anas (RA) farmate hain : Jab Umar (RA) par khanjar ke war huwe to Sayyida Hafsa (RA) ne is par izhaar afsos kiya to unhon ne kaha : Aye Hafsa! kya tune nahi suna ke Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) farmate the : Jis par nouha kiya jata hai use azab diya jata hai aur isi tarah Sohaib (RA) ne aah o buka ki to Umar (RA) ne kaha : Aye Sohaib! kya tu janta nahi ke jis par aah o buka ki jaye use azab diya jata hai.
٧١٦٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ،رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ لَمَّا طُعِنَ عَوَّلَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَفْصَةُ فَقَالَ:يَا حَفْصَةُ أَمَا سَمِعْتِ ⦗١٢٠⦘ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" الْمُعَوَّلُ عَلَيْهِ يُعَذَّبُ ".وَعَوَّلَ عَلَيْهِ صُهَيْبٌ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ:" يَا صُهَيْبُ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْمُعَوَّلَ عَلَيْهِ يُعَذَّبُ "رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ عَنْ عَفَّانَ
