Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9749
(9749) Both the preceding hadiths were also narrated by Imam Shafi'i (may Allah be pleased with him) from Malik (may Allah be pleased with him).

(٩٧٤٩) سابقہ دونوں حدیثیں امام شافعی (رض) نے بھی مالک (رض) سے روایت کی ہیں۔
(9749) sabaq donon hadithen imam shafai (rz) ne bhi malik (rz) se riwayat ki hain.
٩٧٤٨ -وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ:ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ رَدَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ مَرِّ ظَهْرَانَ لَمْ يَكُنْ وَدَّعَ الْبَيْتَ٩٧٤٩ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ مَالِكٌ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ جَمِيعًا
