Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Abu Dhar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the roof of my house was made open while I was at Makkah (on the night of Mi'raj) and Jibril (عليه السالم) descended. He opened up my chest and washed it with the water of Zamzam. Then he brought the golden tray full of Wisdom and Belief and poured it in my chest and then closed it. The he took hold of my hand and ascended to the nearest heaven. Jibril (عليه السالم) told the gatekeeper of the nearest heaven to open the gate. The gatekeeper asked, ‘who is it?" Jibril (عليه السالم) replied, ‘I am Jibril (عليه السالم).
حضرت ابو ذر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’میرے گھر کی چھت کھول دی گئی جبکہ میں مکہ مکرمہ میں تھا۔ حضرت جبریل ؑ نازل ہوئے تو انھوں نے میرا سینہ چاک کیا، اسے آپ نے زمزم سے دھویا۔ پھر سونے کا ایک طشت لے کر آئے جو ایمان و حکمت سے بھرا ہوا تھا، اسے میرے سینے میں انڈیل کر سینہ بند کر دیا۔ پھر میرا ہاتھ پکڑا اور آسمان دنیا کی طرف اوپر چڑھ گئے، حضرت جبریل ؑ نے آسمان دنیا کے داروغے سے کہا: دروازہ کھولو۔ اس نے پوچھا: کون ہے؟فرمایا: میں جبریل ؑ ہوں۔ ‘‘
Hazrat Abu Dhar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Mere ghar ki chhat khol di gayi jabke main Makka Mukarrama mein tha. Hazrat Jibrail (Alaihis Salam) nazil hue to unhon ne mera seena chaak kiya, ise Aap ne Zamzam se dhoya. Phir sone ka ek tasht le kar aaye jo iman o hikmat se bhara hua tha, ise mere seene mein undail kar seena band kar diya. Phir mera hath pakra aur aasman-e-dunya ki taraf upar charh gaye, Hazrat Jibrail (Alaihis Salam) ne aasman-e-dunya ke darogha se kaha: Darwaza kholo. Is ne pucha: Kaun hai? Farmaya: Main Jibrail (Alaihis Salam) hoon.'"
وَقَالَ عَبْدَانُ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ : كَانَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يُحَدِّثُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : فُرِجَ سَقْفِي وَأَنَا بمكة ، فَنَزَلَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام فَفَرَجَ صَدْرِي ، ثُمَّ غَسَلَهُ بِمَاءِ زَمْزَمَ ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ بِطَسْتٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ مُمْتَلِئٍ حِكْمَةً وَإِيمَانًا فَأَفْرَغَهَا فِي صَدْرِي ، ثُمَّ أَطْبَقَهُ ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَعَرَجَ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا ، قَالَ جِبْرِيلُ لِخَازِنِ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا : افْتَحْ ، قَالَ : مَنْ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ : جِبْرِيلُ
