Chapter: Marking and garlanding (the Hadi) at Dhul-Hulaifa and then assuming Ihram

باب مَنْ أَشْعَرَ وَقَلَّدَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ثُمَّ أَحْرَمَ

Sahih al-Bukhari 1694

Al-Miswar bin Makhrama and Marwan narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) set out from Madina with over one thousand of his companions (at the time of the Treaty of Hudaibiya) and when they reached Dhul-Hulaifa, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) garlanded his Hadi and marked it and assumed Ihram for Umra.

حضرت مسور بن مخرمہ اور مروان ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ زمانہ حدیبیہ میں ایک ہزار صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ عنھم اجمعین کے ساتھ مدینہ منورہ سے روانہ ہوئے۔ جب ذوالحلیفہ پہنچے تو نبی ﷺ نے اپنی قربانیوں کو قلادہ پہنایا اور ان کا اشعار کیا، پھر عمرے کا احرام باندھا۔

Hazrat Miswar bin Makhrama aur Marwan (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) zamana-e-Hudaibiya mein ek hazar Sahaba Kiram (Radi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen) ke sath Madina Munawwara se rawana hue. Jab Dhul Hulaifa pahuche to Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apni qurbaniyon ko qalada pehnaya aur un ka ishaar kiya, phir umrah ka ihram bandha.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ , وَمَرْوَانَ , قَالَا : خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَمَنَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ مِنْ الْمَدِينَةِ فِي بِضْعَ عَشْرَةَ مِائَةً مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ ، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ قَلَّدَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْهَدْيَ وَأَشْعَرَ وَأَحْرَمَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ .

Sahih al-Bukhari 1696

Narrated `Aisha: I twisted with my own hands the garlands for the Budn of the Prophet who garlanded and marked them, and then made them proceed to Mecca; Yet no permissible thing was regarded as illegal for him then.

حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کی قربانیوں کے ہار اپنےہاتھ سے تیار کیے۔ آپ نے خود ان کے گلوں میں ہار ڈالے اور ان کا اشعار کیا، پھر انھیں مکہ مکرمہ روانہ کیا۔ ایسا کرنے سے آپ پر کوئی چیز حرام نہ ہوئی جو آپ کے لیے پہلے حلال تھی۔

Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya ke main ne Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki qurbaniyon ke haar apne hath se tayyar kiye. Aap ne khud un ke galon mein haar dale aur un ka ishaar kiya, phir unhein Makka Mukarrama rawana kiya. Aisa karne se Aap par koi cheez haram na hui jo Aap ke liye pehle halal thi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : فَتَلْتُ قَلَائِدَ بُدْنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدَيَّ ، ثُمَّ قَلَّدَهَا وَأَشْعَرَهَا وَأَهْدَاهَا ، فَمَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ كَانَ أُحِلَّ لَهُ .
