Zaid bin Jubair narrated that he went to visit Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) at his house which contained many tents made of cotton cloth and these were encircled with Suradik (part of the tent). I asked him from where, should one assume Ihram for Umra. He said, ‘Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) had fixed as Miqat Qarn for the people of Najd, Dhul-Hulaifa for the people of Madina, and Al-Juhfa for the people of Sham.’
زید بن جبیر کہتے ہیں کہ وہ حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمر ؓ کے پاس آئے۔ وہاں ان کی قیام گاہ پر خیمے اور قناتیں لگی ہوئیں تھیں، میں نے دریافت کیا: میں کہاں سے عمرے کے لیے احرام باندھوں؟انھوں نے فرمایا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اہل نجد کے لیے قرن منازل اہل مدینہ کے لیے ذوالحلیفہ اور اہل شام کے لیےحجفہ مقرر فرمایا ہے۔
Zaid bin Jubair kehte hain ke woh Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ke pas aaye. Wahan un ki qiyam-gah par khaime aur qanateein lagi huein thein, main ne daryaft kiya: main kahan se umre ke liye ihram bandhoon? Unhon ne farmaya ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ahl-e-Najd ke liye Qarn-ul-Manazil ahl-e-Madinah ke liye Zul-Hulaifa aur ahl-e-Shaam ke liye Juhfa muqarrar farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، أَنَّهُ أَتَى عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي مَنْزِلِهِ وَلَهُ فُسْطَاطٌ وَسُرَادِقٌ ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ مِنْ أَيْنَ يَجُوزُ أَنْ أَعْتَمِرَ ؟ قَالَ : فَرَضَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا ، وَلِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّأْمِ , الْجُحْفَةَ .
