Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه), narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), said (at the time of building the Mosque), "O Ban, An-Najjar! Suggest to me a price for your garden." They replied, "We do not ask its price except from Allah."
حضرت انس ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اے بنو نجار!تم اپنا باغ میرے ہاتھ فروخت کردو۔‘‘ تو انھوں نے عرض کیا: ہم اس کی قیمت صرف اللہ تعالیٰ سے طلب کریں گے۔
Hazrat Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Ay Banu Najjar! tum apna bagh mere hath farokht kar do.'' To unhon ne arz kiya: hum is ki qeemat sirf Allah Ta'ala se talab karenge.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يَا بَنِي النَّجَّارِ ثَامِنُونِي بِحَائِطِكُمْ ، قَالُوا : لَا نَطْلُبُ ثَمَنَهُ إِلَّا إِلَى اللَّهِ .
