Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘the Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) made a man and his wife carry out Li’an, and the husband repudiated her child. So the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) got them separated (by divorce) and decided that the child belonged to the mother only.’
سیدنا ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک مرد اور اس کی بیوی کے درمیان لعان کرایا اور اس کے بچے کی مرد سے نفی کر دی۔ پھر آپ نے ان دونوں میں تفریق کرا دی اور بچے کو عورت سے لاحق کر دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar (radi Allahu anhu) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne aik mard aur is ki biwi ke darmiyan liaan karaya aur is ke bacche ki mard se nafi kar di. Phir Aap ne in dono mein tafreeq kara di aur bacche ko aurat se lahaq kar diya.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَاعَنَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ ، فَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا ، فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ .
