Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that a man bit another man's hand and the latter pulled his hand out of his mouth by force, causing two of his incisors (teeth) to fall out. They submitted their case to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), who said, ‘one of you bit his brother as a male camel bites. (Go away), there is no Diya (Blood-money) for you.’
حضرت عمران بن حصین ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے دوسرے کا ہاتھ اپنے دانتوں سے کاٹا۔ دوسرے نے اپنا ہاتھ کاٹنے والے کے منہ سے کھینچا تواس کے اگلے دو دانت نکل گئے، وہ نبی ﷺ کے پاس اس امر کا مقدمہ لے کر گئے تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”تم اپنے ہی بھائی کو اس طرح دانت سے کاٹتے ہو جیسے اونٹ کاٹتا ہے! تمہیں اس کی کوئی دیت وغیرہ نہیں ملے گی۔“
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi ne doosre ka hath apne danton se kaata. Doosre ne apna hath kaatne wale ke munh se kheencha to us ke agle do dant nikal gaye, wo Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas is amar ka muqaddama le kar gaye to Aap ne farmaya: "Tum apne hi bhai ko is tarah dant se kaatte ho jaise oont kaatta hai! Tumhein is ki koi diyat waghera nahi mile gi."
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَضَّ يَدَ رَجُلٍ ، فَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فَمِهِ ، فَوَقَعَتْ ثَنِيَّتَاهُ ، فَاخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ لَا دِيَةَ لَكَ .
