Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘there will be three types of people whom Allah will neither speak to them on the Day of Resurrection nor will purify them from sins, and they will have a painful punishment. They are, (i) a man possessed superfluous water more than he needs on a way and he withholds it from the travelers; (ii) a man who gives a pledge of allegiance to an Imam (ruler) and gives it only for worldly benefits, if the Imam gives him what he wants, he abides by his pledge, otherwise he does not fulfill his pledge; and (iii) a man who sells something to another man after the Asr prayer and swears by Allah (a false oath) that he has been offered so much for it whereupon the buyer believes him and buys it although in fact, the seller has not been offered such a price.’
سیدنا ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تین آدمی ایسے ہیں جن سے اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن بات نہیں کرے گا اور نہ انہیں پاک کرے گا بلکہ ان کے لیے درد ناک عذاب ہو گا۔ ایک وہ شخص جس کے پاس راستے میں زیادہ پانی ہو، اس سے مسافروں کو منع کرتا ہے۔ دوسرا وہ جو امام سے صرف دنیا کے لیے بیعت کرتا ہے، اگر وہ جو امام سے صرف دنیا کے لیے بیعت کرتا ہے، اگر وہ اسے کچھ دے تو وفاداری کرتا ہے اگر نہ دے تو بیعت توڑ دیتا ہے۔ تیسرا وہ شخص جو عصر کے بعد سامان فروخت کرتا ہے اور اللہ کی قسم اٹھا کر کہتا ہے کہ اسے اس سامان کی اتنی اتنی رقم مل رہی تھی خریدار اسے سچا سمجھ کر اس سے مال خرید لیتا ہے حالانکہ اسے اس کی اتنی رقم نہیں مل رہی تھی۔
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: teen aadmi aise hain jin se Allah Ta'ala qiyamat ke den baat nahin kare ga aur na unhein pak kare ga balkay in ke liye dard-naak azab ho ga. Aik woh shakhs jis ke paas raste mein zyada pani ho, is se musafiron ko mana karta hai. Doosra woh jo imam se sirf duniya ke liye bai karta hai, agar woh jo imam se sirf duniya ke liye bai karta hai, agar woh usay kuch de to wafadari karta hai agar na de to bai tor deta hai. Teesra woh shakhs jo asr ke baad saman furokht karta hai aur Allah ki qasam utha kar kehta hai ke usay is saman ki itni itni raqam mil rahi thi khareedar usay sacha samajh kar is se maal khareed leta hai halanke usay is ki itni raqam nahin mil rahi thi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ : رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَضْلِ مَاءٍ بِالطَّرِيقِ يَمْنَعُ مِنْهُ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ ، وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا لَا يُبَايِعُهُ إِلَّا لِدُنْيَاهُ إِنْ أَعْطَاهُ مَا يُرِيدُ وَفَى لَهُ وَإِلَّا لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ ، وَرَجُلٌ يُبَايِعُ رَجُلًا بِسِلْعَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَحَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أُعْطِيَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا فَصَدَّقَهُ فَأَخَذَهَا وَلَمْ يُعْطَ بِهَا .
