Sahih al-Bukhari 1142
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘Satan puts three knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every knot he reads and exhales the following words, 'The night is long, so stay asleep.' When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone, and when one prays the third knot is undone and one gets up energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up lazy and with a mischievous heart.’
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’جب آدمی (رات کے وقت) سو جاتا ہے تو شیطان اس کی گدی پر تین گرہیں لگا دیتا ہے۔ ہر گرہ پر یہ پھونک دیتا ہے کہ ابھی تو بہت رات باقی ہے سو جاؤ۔ پھر اگر آدمی بیدار ہو گیا اور اللہ کا ذکر کیا تو ایک گرہ کھل جاتی ہے۔ اگر اس نے وضو کر لیا تو دوسری گرہ کھل جاتی ہے، اس کے بعد اگر اس نے نماز پڑھی تو تیسری گرہ بھی کھل جاتی ہے۔ پھر صبح کو وہ خوش مزاج اور دلشاد لگتا ہے، بصورت دیگر صبح کے وقت بددل اور خستہ جسم بیدار ہوتا ہے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Jab aadmi (raat ke waqt) so jata hai to shaitan is ki gaddi par teen girhein laga deta hai. Har girah par ye phoonk deta hai ke abhi to bahut raat baqi hai so jao. Phir agar aadmi bidaar ho gaya aur Allah ka zikr kiya to ek girah khul jati hai. Agar us ne wudhu kar liya to doosri girah khul jati hai, is ke baad agar us ne namaz parhi to teesri girah bhi khul jati hai. Phir subah ko wo khush-mizaj aur dilshad lagta hai, ba-soorat-e-digar subah ke waqt bad-dil aur khasta jism bidaar hota hai.''
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ , قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّه صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : يَعْقِدُ الشَّيْطَانُ عَلَى قَافِيَةِ رَأْسِ أَحَدِكُمْ ، إِذَا هُوَ نَامَ ثَلَاثَ عُقَدٍ يَضْرِبُ كُلَّ عُقْدَةٍ عَلَيْكَ لَيْلٌ طَوِيلٌ فَارْقُدْ ، فَإِنِ اسْتَيْقَظَ فَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ ، فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ ، فَإِنْ صَلَّى انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ ، فَأَصْبَحَ نَشِيطًا طَيِّبَ النَّفْسِ وَإِلَّا أَصْبَحَ خَبِيثَ النَّفْسِ كَسْلَانَ .
