Sahih al-Bukhari 1683
Narrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Yazid: I went out with `Abdullah , to Mecca and when we proceeded to am' he offered the two prayers (the Maghrib and the `Isha') together, making the Adhan and Iqama separately for each prayer. He took his supper in between the two prayers. He offered the Fajr prayer as soon as the day dawned. Some people said, The day had dawned (at the time of the prayer), and others said, The day had not dawned. `Abdullah then said, Allah's Apostle said, 'These two prayers have been shifted from their stated times at this place only (at Al-Muzdalifa); first: The Maghrib and the `Isha'. So the people should not arrive at Al-Muzdalifa till the time of the `Isha' prayer has become due. The second prayer is the morning prayer which is offered at this hour.' Then `Abdullah stayed there till it became a bit brighter. He then said, If the chief of the believers hastened onwards to Mina just now, then he had indeed followed the Sunna. I do not know which proceeded the other, his (`Abdullah's) statement or the departure of `Uthman . `Abdullah was reciting Talbiya till he threw pebbles at the Jamrat-Al- `Aqaba on the Day of Nahr (slaughtering) (that is the 10th of Dhul-Hijja).
حضرت عبدالرحمان بن یزید سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا: میں حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ کے ہمراہ مکہ مکرمہ آیا۔ پھر ہم مزدلفہ آئے تو انھوں نے دو نمازیں ادا کیں۔ ہر نماز کے لیے الگ الگ اذان اور اقامت کہی اور دونوں کے درمیان کھانا کھایا۔ پھر جب صبح نمودار ہوئی تو نماز فجر اداکی۔ اس وقت اتنا اندھیرا تھا کہ کوئی کہتا فجر ہوگئی اور کوئی کہتا ابھی فجر نہیں ہوئی۔ فراغت کے بعد حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا؛ ’’یہ دونوں نمازیں مغرب اور عشاء اس مقام (مزدلفہ) میں اپنے وقت سے ہٹا دی گئی ہیں۔ لوگوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ مزدلفہ میں اس وقت داخل ہوں جب اندھیرا ہوجائے۔ اور نماز فجر اس وقت پڑھیں۔‘‘ پھر عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ ٹھہرے رہے حتیٰ کہ روشنی ہوگئی۔ پھرکہنے لگے: اگر امیر المومنین (حضرت عثمان ؓ ) اس وقت منیٰ کی طرف روانہ ہوتے تو سنت کے مطابق عمل کرتے۔ راوی کہتا ہے کہ مجھےیہ علم نہیں ہوسکا کہ حضرت ابن مسعود ؓ کا یہ فرمان پہلے ہوا یا حضرت عثمان ؓ کا کوچ پہلے ہوا۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ مسلسل تلبیہ کہتے رہے حتیٰ کہ قربانی کے دن جمرہ عقبہ کو کنکریاں ماریں۔
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Yazid se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Main Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) ke hamrah Makka Mukarrama aya. Phir hum Muzdalifa aaye to unhon ne do namazein ada kein. Har namaz ke liye alag alag azan aur iqamat kahi aur dono ke darmiyan khana khaya. Phir jab subah namudar hui to namaz-e-fajr ada ki. Us waqt itna andhera tha ke koi kehta fajr ho gayi aur koi kehta abhi fajr nahi hui. Faraghat ke baad Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne kaha: Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya; ''Yeh dono namazein maghrib aur isha is maqam (Muzdalifa) mein apne waqt se hata di gayi hain. Logon ko chahiye ke wo Muzdalifa mein is waqt dakhil hon jab andhera ho jaye. Aur namaz-e-fajr is waqt parhein.'' Phir Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) thehre rahe hatta ke roshni ho gayi. Phir kehne lage: Agar Ameer-ul-Momineen (Hazrat Uthman (Radi Allahu Anhu)) is waqt Mina ki taraf rawana hote to sunnat ke mutabiq amal karte. Rawi kehta hai ke mujhe yeh ilm nahi ho saka ke Hazrat Ibn Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) ka yeh farman pehle hua ya Hazrat Uthman (Radi Allahu Anhu) ka kooch pehle hua. Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) musalsal talbiya kehte rahe hatta ke qurbani ke din Jamra-e-Aqba ko kankriyan marein.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى مكة ، ثُمَّ قَدِمْنَا جَمْعًا ، فَصَلَّى الصَّلَاتَيْنِ كُلَّ صَلَاةٍ وَحْدَهَا بِأَذَانٍ وَإِقَامَةٍ وَالْعَشَاءُ بَيْنَهُمَا ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ حِينَ طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ ، قَائِلٌ يَقُولُ : طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ ، وَقَائِلٌ يَقُولُ : لَمْ يَطْلُعِ الْفَجْرُ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ هَاتَيْنِ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ حُوِّلَتَا عَنْ وَقْتِهِمَا فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ ، فَلَا يَقْدَمُ النَّاسُ جَمْعًا حَتَّى يُعْتِمُوا وَصَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةَ ، ثُمَّ وَقَفَ حَتَّى أَسْفَرَ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : لَوْ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَفَاضَ الْآنَ أَصَابَ السُّنَّةَ ، فَمَا أَدْرِي أَقَوْلُهُ كَانَ أَسْرَعَ أَمْ دَفْعُ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ .
