Chapter: If somebody ignorantly assumed Ihram while wearing a shirt (will Fidya be compulsory?)

باب إِذَا أَحْرَمَ جَاهِلاً وَعَلَيْهِ قَمِيصٌ
Sahih al-Bukhari 1848
A man bit the hand of another man but in that process the latter broke one incisor tooth of the former, and the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forgave the latter.
حضرت یعلی بن اُمیہ ؓ ہی سے روایت ہے کہ ایک مرد نے کسی دوسرے شخص کا ہاتھ چبا ڈالا تو اس نے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچاجس سے اس کا دانت نکل گیا، اس پر نبی ﷺ نے اس کے بدلے کو باطل فرمادیا۔
Hazrat Ya'la bin Umayyah (Radi Allahu Anhu) hi se riwayat hai ke ek mard ne kisi dusre shakhs ka hath chaba dala to is ne apna hath khaincha jis se is ka daant nikal gaya, is par Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is ke badle ko baatil farma diya.
وَعَضَّ رَجُلٌ يَدَ رَجُلٍ يَعْنِي فَانْتَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ ، فَأَبْطَلَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
