Sahih al-Bukhari 2491
Nafi narrated that Ibn Umar said, Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, 'If one manumits his share of a jointly possessed slave, and can afford the price of the other shares according to the adequate price of the slave, the slave will be completely manumitted, otherwise he will be partially manumitted.' Ayyub, a sub-narrator is not sure whether the saying, ‘otherwise he will be partially manumitted’ was said by Nafi or the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم).
حضرت ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’جس شخص نے مشترک غلام میں سے اپنا حصہ آزاد کردیا اور اس کے پاس اتنا (مال) ہو جو منصفانہ قیمت کے مطابق اس غلام کی قیمت کے برابر ہوسکتا ہوتو وہ غلام آزاد ہے، بصورت دیگر اتنا آزاد ہوجائے گا جتنا اس نے آزاد کردیا۔‘‘ (راوی حدیث) ایوب نے کہا: ’’اتنا آزاد ہوجائے گا جتنا اس نے آزاد کیا ہے۔‘‘ مجھے معلوم نہیں کہ نافع کا قول ہے یا نبی کریم ﷺ کا ارشاد گرامی ہے؟
Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar (radiyallahu anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Jis shakhs ne mushtarik ghulam mein se apna hissa azad kar diya aur is ke paas itna (maal) ho jo munsifana qemat ke mutabiq is ghulam ki qemat ke barabar ho sakta ho to wo ghulam azad hai, basoorat-e-digar itna azad ho jaye ga jitna is ne azad kar diya.'' (Rawi-e-hadees) Ayyub ne kaha: ''Itna azad ho jaye ga jitna is ne azad kiya hai.'' Mujhe maloom nahi ke Nafi ka qaul hai ya Nabi Kareem (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ka irshad-e-girami hai?
حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا لَهُ مِنْ عَبْدٍ أَوْ شِرْكًا أَوْ قَالَ نَصِيبًا وَكَانَ لَهُ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ بِقِيمَةِ الْعَدْلِ فَهُوَ عَتِيقٌ ، وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ ، قَالَ : لَا أَدْرِي قَوْلُهُ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ ، قَوْلٌ مِنْ نَافِعٍ أَوْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
