Sahih al-Bukhari 2801
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sent seventy men from the tribe of Bani Salim to the tribe of Bani Amir. When they reached there, my maternal uncle said to them, ‘I will go ahead of you, and if they allow me to convey the message of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) (it will be all right), otherwise you will remain close to me.’ So, he went ahead of them and the pagans granted him security. But while he was reporting the message of the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), they beckoned to one of their men who stabbed him to death. My maternal uncle said, ‘Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز) is Greater! By the Lord of the Ka’ba, I am successful.’ After that they attached the rest of the party and killed them all except a lame man who went up to the top of the mountain. Hammam, a sub-narrator said, ‘I think another man was saved along with him).’ Angel Jibreel (عليه السالم) informed the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that they (the martyrs) met their Lord, and He was pleased with them and made them pleased. We used to recite, ‘Inform our people that we have met our Lord, He is pleased with us and He has made us pleased’. Later, this Quranic verse was cancelled. The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) invoked Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز) for forty days to curse the murderers from the tribe of Ral, Dhakwan, Bani Lihyan and Bam Usaiya who disobeyed Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز) and his Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم).
حضرت انس ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے بنو سلیم کے ستر آدمی بنو عامر کے ہاں روانہ کیے۔ جب یہ لوگ بنو عامر کے پاس آئے تو میرے ماموں نے اپنے ساتھیوں سے کہا: میں تم سے پہلے وہاں جاتا ہوں، اگرانھوں نے مجھے امن دیا تاکہ میں ان تک رسول اللہ ﷺ کا پیغام پہنچا سکوں تو زہے قسمت!بصورت دیگر تم لوگوں نے میرے قریب ہی رہنا ہے، چنانچہ وہ ان کے پاس گئے، انھوں نے امن بھی دے دیا، ابھی وہ اہل قبیلہ کو نبی کریم ﷺ کی باتیں سناہی رہے تھے کہ قبیلے والوں نے اپنے ایک آدمی کو اشارہ کیا تو اس نے انھیں نیزا مار کرگھائل کردیا۔ اس وقت ان کی زبان سے نکلا: اللہ اکبر، رب کعبہ کی قسم! میں کامیاب ہوگیا۔ پھر قبیلے والے اس کے باقی ساتھیوں کی طرف بڑھے اور حملہ کرکے سب کو ہلاک کردیا۔ صرف ایک لنگڑا ساتھی بچا جو پہاڑ پر چڑھ گیا تھا۔ (راوی حدیث) ہمام نے کہا: میرے خیال کے مطابق اس کے ساتھ ایک اور بھی تھا۔ اسکے بعد حضرت جبرئیل ؑ نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو خبر دی کہ آپ کے ساتھی(سب قاری) اپنے رب سے جاملے ہیں۔ اللہ خود بھی ان سے خوش رہے اور اس نے انھیں بھی خوش کردیا ہے۔ حضرت انس ؓ نے کہا: اس واقعے کے بعد ہم یوں تلاوت کیاکرتے تھے : ہماری قوم کو ہمارا پیغام پہنچادو کہ ہم اپنے رب سے جا ملے ہیں۔ ہمارا رب خود بھی ہم سے خوش ہے اور اس نے ہمیں بھی خوش کر دیا ہے۔ پھر اس کے بعد یہ آیت منسوخ ہوگئی اور آپ ﷺ نے چالیس روز تک نماز صبح میں قبیلہ رعل، ذکوان، بنو لحیان اور بنو عصیہ پر بددعا کی تھی جنھوں نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی نافرمانی کی تھی۔
Hazrat Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Banu Sulaim ke sattar aadmi Banu Aamir ke haan rawana kiye. Jab yeh log Banu Aamir ke paas aaye to mere mamoon ne apne saathiyon se kaha: main tum se pehle wahan jata hoon, agar unhon ne mujhe aman diya taake main un tak Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka paigham pahuncha sakoon to ze-he-qismat! Basurat-e-digar tum logon ne mere qareeb hi rehna hai, chunanche woh un ke paas gaye, unhon ne aman bhi de diya, abhi woh ahl-e-qabila ko Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki baatein suna hi rahe thay ke qabile walon ne apne ek aadmi ko ishara kiya to us ne unhein neza maar kar ghayal kar diya. Is waqt un ki zaban se nikla: Allahu Akbar, Rabb-e-Kaaba ki qasam! main kamyab ho gaya. Phir qabile wale is ke baqi saathiyon ki taraf badhe aur hamla karke sab ko halak kar diya. Sirf ek langda saathi bacha jo pahad par chadh gaya tha. (Rawi hadees) Hammam ne kaha: mere khayal ke mutabiq is ke saath ek aur bhi tha. Is ke baad Hazrat Jibreel (Alaihis Salam) ne Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko khabar di ke Aap ke saathi (sab qaari) apne Rabb se ja mile hain. Allah khud bhi un se khush rahe aur us ne unhein bhi khush kar diya hai. Hazrat Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne kaha: is waqiye ke baad hum yun tilawat kiya karte thay: hamari qaum ko hamara paigham pahunchado ke hum apne Rabb se ja mile hain. Hamara Rabb khud bhi hum se khush hai aur us ne humein bhi khush kar diya hai. Phir is ke baad yeh aayat mansookh ho gayi aur Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne chalees roz tak Namaz-e-Subah mein qabila Ri'l, Zakwan, Banu Lihyan aur Banu Usayya par bad-dua ki thi jinhon ne Allah aur us ke Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki nafarmani ki thi.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرُ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْوَامًا مِنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ إِلَى بَنِي عَامِرٍ فِي سَبْعِينَ ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمُوا ، قَالَ : لَهُمْ خَالِي أَتَقَدَّمُكُمْ فَإِنْ أَمَّنُونِي حَتَّى أُبَلِّغَهُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّه صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَإِلَّا كُنْتُمْ مِنِّي قَرِيبًا فَتَقَدَّمَ فَأَمَّنُوهُ فَبَيْنَمَا يُحَدِّثُهُمْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ أَوْمَئُوا إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ فَطَعَنَهُ فَأَنْفَذَهُ ، فَقَالَ : اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فُزْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ثُمَّ مَالُوا عَلَى بَقِيَّةِ أَصْحَابِهِ ، فَقَتَلُوهُمْ إِلَّا رَجُلًا أَعْرَجَ صَعِدَ الْجَبَلَ ، قَالَ هَمَّامٌ : فَأُرَاهُ آخَرَ مَعَهُ ، فَأَخْبَرَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ لَقُوا رَبَّهُمْ فَرَضِيَ عَنْهُمْ وَأَرْضَاهُمْ ، فَكُنَّا نَقْرَأُ أَنْ بَلِّغُوا قَوْمَنَا أَنْ قَدْ لَقِينَا رَبَّنَا فَرَضِيَ عَنَّا وَأَرْضَانَا ، ثُمَّ نُسِخَ بَعْدُ فَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا عَلَى رِعْلٍ وَذَكْوَانَ ، وَبَنِي لَحْيَانَ ، وَبَنِي عُصَيَّةَ الَّذِينَ عَصَوْا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
