Sahih al-Bukhari 2946
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah ( هعَز وَجَله)”, and whoever says, “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز)”, his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic law, and his accounts will be with Allah ( ه وَجَلهعَز), (either to punish him or to forgive him).’
حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓسے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے اس وقت تک جنگ کرتا رہوں یہاں تک کہ وہ لاإله إلااللہ کہیں۔ جس نے لاإله إلااللہ کہہ دیا اس کی جان اور مال ہم سے محفوظ ہے مگر حق اسلام کی وجہ سے (پھر بھی قتال کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ ) البتہ اس کا حساب اللہ کے ذمے ہے۔‘‘ اس روایت کو حضرت عمر ؓاور ابن عمر ؓنے بھی نبی ﷺ سے بیان کیا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Mujhe hukum diya gaya hai ke mein logon se is waqt tak jung karta rahoon yahan tak ke wo La Ilaha Illallah kahein. Jis ne La Ilaha Illallah keh diya is ki jaan aur maal hum se mehfooz hai magar haq-e-Islam ki wajah se (phir bhi qital kiya ja sakta hai). Albatta is ka hisab Allah ke zimme hai." Is riwayat ko Hazrat Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) aur Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne bhi Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan kiya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَمَنْ ، قَالَ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَقَدْ عَصَمَ مِنِّي نَفْسَهُ وَمَالَهُ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهِ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ رَوَاهُ عُمَرُ وَابْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
