Sahih al-Bukhari 3096
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘my heirs should not take even a single Dinar (anything from my property), and whatever I leave, excluding the expenditure of my wives and my laborers, will be Sadaqa (to be used for charity).’
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓسے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’میرے وارث میرے بعد ایک دینار بھی تقسیم نہ کریں بلکہ میں جو چیز چھوڑ جاؤں، اس میں سے میرے عاملوں کی تنخواہیں اور میری بیویوں کا خرچ نکال کر باقی سب صدقہ ہے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Mere waris mere baad ek dinar bhi taqseem na karein balke main jo cheez chhod jaon, is mein se mere aamiloon ki tankhwahien aur meri biwiyon ka kharch nikaal kar baqi sab sadqa hai."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ .
