Sahih al-Bukhari 3150
Narrated `Abdullah: On the day (of the battle) of Hunain, Allah's Apostle favored some people in the distribution of the booty (to the exclusion of others); he gave Al-Aqra' bin H`Abis one-hundred camels and he gave 'Uyaina the same amount, and also gave to some of the eminent Arabs, giving them preference in this regard. Then a person came and said, By Allah, in this distribution justice has not been observed, nor has Allah's Pleasure been aimed at. I said (to him), By Allah, I will inform the Prophet (of what you have said), I went and informed him, and he said, If Allah and His Apostle did not act justly, who else would act justly. May Allah be merciful to Moses, for he was harmed with more than this, yet he kept patient.
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے حنین کے دن کچھ لوگوں کو تقسیم میں زیادہ دیا تھا، چنانچہ اقرع بن حابس ؓ کو سو اونٹ، عیینہ ؓ کو بھی سو اونٹ دیے۔ ان کے علاوہ شرفائے عرب میں سے چند لوگوں کو اس طرح تقسیم میں کچھ زیادہ دیا تو ایک شخص نے کہا: اللہ کی قسم! یہ ایسی تقسیم ہے کہ اس میں انصاف پیش نظر نہیں رکھا گیا یا اس میں اللہ کی رضا مقصود نہ تھی۔ میں نے کہا: اللہ کی قسم! میں نبی کریم ﷺ کو اس بات سے ضرور آگاہ کروں گا، چنانچہ میں آپ کے پاس گیا اور آپ سے بیان کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ’’اگر اللہ اور اس کا رسول ﷺ انصاف نہیں کریں گے تو پھر انصاف کون کرے گا؟ اللہ تعالیٰ حضرت موسیٰ ؑ پر رحم فرمائے! انھیں اس سے بھی زیادہ اذیت دی گئی مگر انھوں نے صبر کیا۔‘‘
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hunain ke din kuch logon ko taqseem mein zyada diya tha, chunancha Aqra bin Habis (Radi Allahu Anhu) ko sau oont, Uyainah (Radi Allahu Anhu) ko bhi sau oont diye. In ke elawa shurfaye Arab mein se chand logon ko is tarah taqseem mein kuch zyada diya to ek shakhs ne kaha: Allah ki qasam! Ye aise taqseem hai ke is mein insaf pesh-e-nazar nahi rakkha gaya ya is mein Allah ki raza maqsood na thi. Main ne kaha: Allah ki qasam! Main Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko is baat se zarur aagah karoon ga, chunancha main aap ke paas gaya aur aap se bayan kiya to aap ne farmaya: "Agar Allah aur us ka Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) insaf nahi karein ge to phir insaf kaun kare ga? Allah Ta'ala Hazrat Musa (Alaihis Salam) par reham farmaye! Inhein is se bhi zyada aziyat di gayi magar unhon ne sabar kiya."
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ حُنَيْنٍ آثَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُنَاسًا فِي الْقِسْمَةِ ، فَأَعْطَى الْأَقْرَعَ بْنَ حَابِسٍ مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَأَعْطَى عُيَيْنَةَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَأَعْطَى أُنَاسًا مِنْ أَشْرَافِ الْعَرَبِ فَآثَرَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ فِي الْقِسْمَةِ ، قَالَ : رَجُلٌ وَاللَّهِ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْقِسْمَةَ مَا عُدِلَ فِيهَا وَمَا أُرِيدَ بِهَا وَجْهُ اللَّهِ ، فَقُلْتُ : وَاللَّهِ لَأُخْبِرَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ ، فَقَالَ : فَمَنْ يَعْدِلُ إِذَا لَمْ يَعْدِلِ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ مُوسَى قَدْ أُوذِيَ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ هَذَا فَصَبَرَ .
