Sahih al-Bukhari 378
Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that once Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) fell off a horse and his leg or shoulder got injured. He swore that he would not go to his wives for one month and he stayed in a 'Mashruba' (attic room) having stairs made of date palm trunks. So his companions came to visit him, and he led them in prayer sitting, whereas his companions were standing. When he finished the prayer, he said, "Imam is meant to be followed, so when he says 'Allahu Akbar,' say 'Allahu Akbar' and when he bows, bow and when he prostrates, prostrate and if he prays standing pray, standing. After the 29th day the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) came down (from the attic room) and the people asked him, "O Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ! You swore that you will not go to your wives for one month." He said, "The month is 29 days."
حضرت انس بن مالک ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ رسول اللہ ﷺ گھوڑے سے گر گئے تو آپ کی پنڈلی یا کندھا مجروح ہو گیا اور آپ نے ایک ماہ تک اپنی ازواج مطہرات کے پاس نہ جانے کی قسم اٹھائی، اس بنا پر اپنے بالا خانے میں تشریف فر ہوئے جس کی سیڑھی کھجور کے تنوں کی تھی، چنانچہ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنھم آپ کی تیمارداری کے لیے آئے، آپ نے صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنھم کو بیٹھ کر نماز پڑھائی جبکہ وہ کھڑے تھے۔ جب آپ نے سلام پھیرا تو فرمایا: ’’امام تو اس لیے بنایا جاتا ہے کہ اس کی اقتدا کی جائے، لہذا جب وہ تکبیر کہے تو تم بھی تکبیر کہو اور جب وہ رکوع کرے تو تم بھی رکوع کرو، اسی طرح جب وہ سجدہ کرے تو تم بھی سجدہ کرو اور اگر وہ کھڑے ہو کر نماز پڑھے تو تم بھی کھڑے ہو کر اس کی اقتدا کرو۔’’ پھر آپ نے انتیس دن پورے ہونے پر بالاخانے سے نزول فرمایا۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنھم نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آپ نے تو ایک ماہ الگ رہنے کی قسم کھائی تھی! آپ نے فرمایا: :مہینہ انتیس دن کا بھی ہوتا ہے۔‘‘
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek martaba Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ghode se gir gaye to aap ki pindli ya kandha majrooh ho gaya aur aap ne ek mah tak apni azwaj e mutahirat ke paas na jaane ki qasam uthai, is bina par apne bala khane mein tashreef farma hue jis ki seedhi khajoor ke tanon ki thi, chunancha Sahaba Karam (Radi Allahu Anhum) aap ki teemardari ke liye aaye, aap ne Sahaba Karam (Radi Allahu Anhum) ko baith kar namaz padhai jabke woh khade the. Jab aap ne salam phera to farmaya: "Imam to is liye banaya jaata hai ke us ki iqtida ki jaye, lehaza jab woh takbeer kahe to tum bhi takbeer kaho aur jab woh ruku kare to tum bhi ruku karo, isi tarah jab woh sajda kare to tum bhi sajda karo aur agar woh khade ho kar namaz padhe to tum bhi khade ho kar us ki iqtida karo." Phir aap ne untees din pure hone par bala khane se nuzool farmaya. Sahaba Karam (Radi Allahu Anhum) ne arz kiya: Allah ke Rasul! Aap ne to ek mah alag rehne ki qasam khai thi! Aap ne farmaya: "Mahina untees din ka bhi hota hai."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَقَطَ عَنْ فَرَسِهِ ، فَجُحِشَتْ سَاقُهُ أَوْ كَتِفُهُ وَآلَى مِنْ نِسَائِهِ شَهْرًا ، فَجَلَسَ فِي مَشْرُبَةٍ لَهُ دَرَجَتُهَا مِنْ جُذُوعٍ ، فَأَتَاهُ أَصْحَابُهُ يَعُودُونَهُ ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ جَالِسًا وَهُمْ قِيَامٌ ، فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الْإِمَامُ لِيُؤْتَمَّ بِهِ ، فَإِذَا كَبَّرَ فَكَبِّرُوا ، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا ، وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَاسْجُدُوا ، وَإِنْ صَلَّى قَائِمًا فَصَلُّوا قِيَامًا ، وَنَزَلَ لِتِسْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ ، فَقَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّكَ آلَيْتَ شَهْرًا ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ الشَّهْرَ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ .
