Sahih al-Bukhari 3804
Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that some people (the Jews of Bani bin Quraiza) agreed to accept the verdict of Sa`d bin Mu`adh (رضي الله تعالى عنه) so the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sent for him (Sa`d bin Mu`adh). He came riding a donkey, and when he approached the Mosque, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘get up for the best amongst you.’ or said, ‘get up for your chief.’ Then the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘O Sa`d (رضي الله تعالى عنه), these people have agreed to accept your verdict.’ Sa`d (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘I judge that their warriors should be killed and their children and women should be taken as captives.’ The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘you have given a judgment similar to Allah's Judgment, or the King's judgment.
حضرت ابوسعید خدری ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ (بنو قریظہ کے) لوگ حضرت سعد بن معاذ ؓ کے فیصلے پر راضی ہو گئے تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اپنے میں سے بہتر یا اپنے سردار کے استقبال کے لیے آگے بڑھو۔‘‘ اور فرمایا: ’’اے سعد! ان لوگوں نے تمہارا فیصلہ منظور کر لیا ہے۔‘‘ انہوں نے کہا: میں ان کے متعلق فیصلہ دیتا ہوں کہ ان میں سے لڑنے والوں کو قتل کر دیا جائے۔ ان کی عورتوں اور بچوں کو قیدی بنا لیا جائے۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اے سعد! تو نے اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق، یا (آپ نے فرمایا) بادشاہ کے حکم کے مطابق فیصلہ دیا ہے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke (Banu Qurayzah ke) log Hazrat Saad bin Mu'az (Radi Allahu Anhu) ke faisle par raazi ho gaye to Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Apne mein se behtar ya apne sardar ke istiqbal ke liye aage barho.'' Aur farmaya: ''Ae Saad! In logon ne tumhara faisle manzoor kar liya hai.'' Unhon ne kaha: Mein in ke mutaliq faisla deta hun ke in mein se larne walon ko qatl kar diya jaye. In ki aurton aur bachon ko qaidi bana liya jaye. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Ae Saad! Tu ne Allah ke hukm ke mutabiq, ya (Aap ne farmaya) Badshah ke hukm ke mutabiq faisla diya hai.' '
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَرْعَرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , أَنَّ أُنَاسًا نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ , فَجَاءَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ , قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : قُومُوا إِلَى خَيْرِكُمْ أَوْ سَيِّدِكُمْ ، فَقَالَ : يَا سَعْدُ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِكَ ، قَالَ : فَإِنِّي أَحْكُمُ فِيهِمْ أَنْ تُقْتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتُهُمْ وَتُسْبَى ذَرَارِيُّهُمْ ، قَالَ : حَكَمْتَ بِحُكْمِ اللَّهِ أَوْ بِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ .
