Sahih al-Bukhari 3980
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet stood at the well of Badr (which contained the corpses of the pagans) and said, Have you found true what your lord promised you? Then he further said, They now hear what I say. This was mentioned before `Aisha and she said, But the Prophet said, 'Now they know very well that what I used to tell them was the truth.' Then she recited (the Holy Verse):-- You cannot make the dead hear... ...till the end of Verse). (30.52)
حضرت ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ بدر کے غیر آباد کنویں پر کھڑے ہوئے اور (اس میں پڑے ہوئے کافروں سے) فرمایا: ’’کیا تمہارے رب نے تم سے جو وعدہ کیا تھا وہ تم نے سچا پا لیا ہے؟‘‘ پھر آپ نے فرمایا: ’’جو کچھ میں کہہ رہا ہوں اب یہ اسے سن رہے ہیں۔‘‘ حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے یہ ذکر کیا گیا تو انہوں نے کہا: نبی ﷺ نے صرف یہ فرمایا تھا: ’’وہ اب جانتے ہیں کہ میں انہیں جو کہتا تھا وہ سچ تھا۔ پھر انہوں نے یہ پوری آیت پڑھی: ’’بےشک آپ ان مردوں کو سنا نہیں سکتے۔‘‘
Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Badr ke ghair-abaad kunway par khare hue aur (is mein pare hue kafiron se) farmaya: ''Kya tumhare Rabb ne tum se jo waada kiya tha woh tum ne saccha paa liya hai?'' Phir Aap ne farmaya: ''Jo kuch mein keh raha hun ab yeh ise sun rahe hain.'' Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se yeh zikr kiya gaya to unhon ne kaha: Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne sirf yeh farmaya tha: ''Woh ab jaante hain ke mein unhein jo kehta tha woh sach tha. Phir unhon ne yeh poori aayat parhi: 'Beshak Aap in murdon ko suna nahi sakte.' '
حَدَّثَنِي عُثْمَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : وَقَفَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى قَلِيبِ بَدْرٍ ، فَقَالَ : هَلْ وَجَدْتُمْ مَا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِنَّهُمُ الْآنَ يَسْمَعُونَ مَا أَقُولُ , فَذُكِرَ لِعَائِشَةَ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّمَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّهُمُ الْآنَ لَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ الَّذِي كُنْتُ أَقُولُ لَهُمْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ , ثُمَّ قَرَأَتْ إِنَّكَ لا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى سورة النمل آية 80 حَتَّى قَرَأَتِ الْآيَةَ .
