Sahih al-Bukhari 4048
ر. Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that his uncle, Anas bin An-Nadr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) was absent from the battle of Badr and he said, ‘I was absent from the first battle of the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) (Badr), and if Allah should let me participate in (a battle) with the Prophet (صل ى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) Allah will see how strongly I will fight.’ So, he encountered the day of Uhud battle. The Muslims fled and he said, ‘O Allah, I appeal to You to excuse me for what these people (the Muslims) have done, and I am clear from what the pagans have done.’ Then he went forward with his sword and met Sad bin Mu'adh (رضي الله تعالى عنه) fleeing, and asked him, ‘where are you going, O Sad? I detect a smell of Paradise before Uhud.’ Then he proceeded on and was martyred. Nobody was able to recognize him till his sister recognized him by a mole on his body or by the tips of his fingers. He had over 80 wounds caused by stabbing, striking, or shooting with arrows.
حضرت انس ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ان کے چچا غزوہ بدر میں شریک نہ ہو سکے تھے تو انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نبی ﷺ کے ہمراہ پہلی ہی لڑائی میں غیر حاضر رہا، اگر اللہ تعالٰی نے کسی اور لڑائی میں مجھے نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ شرکت کا موقع دیا تو اللہ تعالٰی دیکھے گا کہ میں کتنی بے جگری سے لڑتا ہوں۔ پھر جب غزوہ اُحد کا موقع آیا اور صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنھم میں افراتفری پھیل گئی تو انہوں نے کہا: اے اللہ! مسلمانوں نے آج جو کچھ کیا ہے میں تیرے حضور اس کے لیے معذرت خواہ ہوں اور جو مشرکین نے کردار ادا کیا ہے میں اس سے اظہار بے زاری کرتا ہوں۔ پھر وہ اپنی تلوار لے کر آگے بڑھے تو حضرت سعد بن معاذ ؓ سے ملاقات ہوئی۔ ان سے کہا: اے سعد! تم کہاں جا رہے ہو؟ میں اُحد کے دامن میں جنت کی خوشبو سونگھ رہا ہوں۔ پھر وہ جنگ میں کود پڑے اور شہید ہو گئے۔ ان کی لاش شناخت نہیں ہو رہی تھی۔ آخر ان کی بہن نے ایک تل اور انگلی کے پوروں سے انہیں پہچانا۔ انہیں نیزوں، تلواروں اور تیروں کے اَسی (80) سے زیادہ زخم لگے تھے۔
Hazrat Anas (Radiyallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke un ke chacha Ghazwa-e-Badr mein shareek na ho sakay thay to unhon ne kaha ke main Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke hamrah pehli hi ladayi mein ghair hazir raha, agar Allah Ta'ala ne kisi aur ladayi mein mujhe Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke saath shirkat ka mauqa diya to Allah Ta'ala dekhe ga ke main kitni be-jigri se ladta hun. Phir jab Ghazwa-e-Uhud ka mauqa aaya aur Sahaba-e-Kiram (Radiyallahu Anhum) mein afra-tafri phail gayi to unhon ne kaha: Ae Allah! Musalmanon ne aaj jo kuch kiya hai main Teray huzoor is ke liye mazrat khwah hun aur jo mushrikeen ne kirdar ada kiya hai main us se izhar-e-be-zari karta hun. Phir woh apni talwar le kar aage badhay to Hazrat Saad bin Ma'az (Radiyallahu Anhu) se mulaqat hui. In se kaha: Ae Saad! tum kahan ja rahay ho? Main Uhud ke daman mein jannat ki khushbu sungh raha hun. Phir woh jang mein kood paray aur shaheed ho gaye. In ki lash shanakht nahi ho rahi thi. Aakhir in ki behen ne ek till aur ungli ke pooron se inhein pehchana. Inhein nezon, talwaron aur teeron ke assi (80) se zyada zakhm lagay thay.
أَخْبَرَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ , حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ , عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , أَنَّ عَمَّهُ غَابَ عَنْ بَدْرٍ , فَقَالَ : غِبْتُ عَنْ أَوَّلِ قِتَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , لَئِنْ أَشْهَدَنِي اللَّهُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيَرَيَنَّ اللَّهُ مَا أُجِدُّ , فَلَقِيَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَهُزِمَ النَّاسُ , فَقَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعْتَذِرُ إِلَيْكَ مِمَّا صَنَعَ هَؤُلَاءِ يَعْنِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ , وَأَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكَ مِمَّا جَاءَ بِهِ الْمُشْرِكُونَ , فَتَقَدَّمَ بِسَيْفِهِ فَلَقِيَ سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ , فَقَالَ : أَيْنَ يَا سَعْدُ إِنِّي أَجِدُ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ دُونَ أُحُدٍ ؟ فَمَضَى فَقُتِلَ فَمَا عُرِفَ حَتَّى عَرَفَتْهُ أُخْتُهُ بِشَامَةٍ , أَوْ بِبَنَانِهِ وَبِهِ بِضْعٌ وَثَمَانُونَ مِنْ طَعْنَةٍ وَضَرْبَةٍ وَرَمْيَةٍ بِسَهْمٍ .
