Sahih al-Bukhari 4165
Tariq (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the tree where the Ridwan Pledge of allegiance was taken by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was mentioned before Sa`id bin Al-Musaiyab. On that he smiled and said, ‘my father informed me (about it) and he had witnessed it (the Pledge).
حضرت طارق بن عبدالرحمٰن سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ سعید بن مسیب کی مجلس میں (الشجرة) کا ذکر ہوا تو وہ ہنس پڑے اور کہا: میرے والد گرامی نے مجھے بتایا تھا اور وہ اس درخت کے نیچے بیعت کے وقت وہاں موجود تھے۔
Hazrat Tariq bin Abdur Rahman se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Saeed bin Musayyib ki majlis mein 'Ash-Shajara' ka zikr hua to woh hans paday aur kaha: Meray walid-e-girami ne mujhe bataya tha aur woh is darakht ke nichay bai'at ke waqt wahan maujood thay.
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ طَارِقٍ , قَالَ : ذُكِرَتْ عِنْدَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ الشَّجَرَةُ , فَضَحِكَ فَقَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي , وَكَانَ شَهِدَهَا .
