Sahih al-Bukhari 4408
Narrated `Aisha: We set out with Allah's Apostle, and some of us assumed the lhram for `Umra, some assumed it for Hajj, and some assumed it for both Hajj and `Umra. Allah's Apostle assumed the Ihram for Hajj. So those who had assumed the Ihram for Hajj or for both Hajj and `Umra, did not finish their Ihram till the day of An-Nahr (i.e. slaughter of sacrifices). Malik also narrated as above, saying, (We set out) with Allah's Apostle in Hajjat-ul-Wada`...) This hadith also reaches us through another chain.
حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ہمراہ روانہ ہوئے تو کچھ لوگ ہم میں سے عمرے کا احرام باندھے ہوئے تھے اور کچھ صرف حج کا جبکہ کچھ حضرات نے حج اور عمرے دونوں کا احرام باندھا ہوا تھا۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حج کی نیت کی تھی۔ جو لوگ صرف حج کا احرام باندھے ہوئے تھے یا جنہوں نے حج اور عمرے دونوں کا احرام باندھا تھا وہ قربانی کے دن حلال ہوئے تھے۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Hum Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke humrah rawana hue to kuch log hum mein se Umre ka ihram bandhe hue the aur kuch sirf Hajj ka jabke kuch hazrat ne Hajj aur Umre dono ka ihram bandha hua tha. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ ، وَأَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحَجِّ ، فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ أَوْ جَمَعَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ ، فَلَمْ يَحِلُّوا حَتَّى يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ . حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، وَقَالَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، مِثْلَهُ .
