Sahih al-Bukhari 4463
Narrated `Aisha: When the Prophet was healthy, he used to say, No soul of a prophet is captured till he is shown his place in Paradise and then he is given the option. When death approached him while his head was on my thigh, he became unconscious and then recovered his consciousness. He then looked at the ceiling of the house and said, O Allah! (with) the highest companions. I said (to myself), Hence, he is not going to choose us. Then I realized that what he had said was the application of the narration which he used to mention to us when he was healthy. The last word he spoke was, O Allah! (with) the highest companion.
حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ تندرستی کی حالت میں فرمایا کرتے تھے: ’’کوئی نبی فوت نہیں ہوتا حتی کہ وہ اپنی جگہ جنت میں دیکھ لیتا ہے۔ پھر اسے اختیار دیا جاتا ہے۔‘‘ چنانچہ جب آپ ﷺ کی وفات قریب ہوئی اور آپ کا سر مبارک میری ران پر تھا تو آپ پر غشی طاری ہو گئی۔ پھر افاقہ ہوا تو آپ نے گھر کی چھت کی طرف نظر ج دی، پھر آپ نے فرمایا: ’’اے اللہ! میں رفیق اعلیٰ کا طلبگار ہوں۔‘‘ میں نے کہا: اب ہمیں اختیار نہیں کریں گے اور مجھے محسوس ہوا کہ یہ وہی کلام ہے جو ہم سے تندرستی کی حالت میں بیان فرمایا کرتے تھے۔ حضرت عائشہ ؓ نے فرمایا: آپ کا آخری کلام جو آپ کی زبان سے نکلا وہ یہ تھا: ’’اے اللہ! میں اپنے رفیق اعلیٰ کو اختیار کرتا ہوں۔‘‘
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) tandurusti ki halat mein farmaya karte the: ''Koi nabi faut nahi hota hatta ke woh apni jagah jannat mein dekh leta hai. Phir ise ikhtiyar diya jata hai.'' Chunanche jab Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki wafat qareeb hui aur Aap ka sar mubarak meri raan par tha to Aap par ghashi tari ho gayi. Phir afaqa hua to Aap ne ghar ki chhat ki taraf nazar jama di, phir Aap ne farmaya: ''Ae Allah! main rafiq-e-aala ka talabgar hoon.'' Main ne kaha: Ab humein ikhtiyar nahi karein ge aur mujhe mehsoos hua ke yeh wahi kalam hai jo hum se tandurusti ki halat mein bayan farmaya karte the. Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) ne farmaya: Aap ka aakhri kalam jo Aap ki zaban se nikla woh yeh tha: ''Ae Allah! main apne rafiq-e-aala ko ikhtiyar karta hoon.''"
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ , قَالَ يُونُسُ : قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ , فِي رِجَالٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ : إِنَّهُ لَمْ يُقْبَضْ نَبِيٌّ حَتَّى يَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ ثُمَّ يُخَيَّرَ ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَ بِهِ وَرَأْسُهُ عَلَى فَخِذِي غُشِيَ عَلَيْهِ ، ثُمَّ أَفَاقَ ، فَأَشْخَصَ بَصَرَهُ إِلَى سَقْفِ الْبَيْتِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ الرَّفِيقَ الْأَعْلَى فَقُلْتُ : إِذًا لَا يَخْتَارُنَا وَعَرَفْتُ أَنَّهُ الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي كَانَ يُحَدِّثُنَا وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ ، قَالَتْ : فَكَانَتْ آخِرَ كَلِمَةٍ تَكَلَّمَ بِهَا : اللَّهُمَّ الرَّفِيقَ الْأَعْلَى .
