Sahih al-Bukhari 4592
Narrated Zaid bin Thabit: That the Prophet dictated to him: Not equal are those of the believers who sit (at home) and those who strive and fight in the Cause of Allah. Zaid added: Ibn Um Maktum came while the Prophet was dictating to me and said, O Allah's Apostle! By Allah, if I had the power to fight (in Allah's Cause), I would, and he was a blind man. So Allah revealed to his Apostle while his thigh was on my thigh, and his thigh became so heavy that I was afraid it might fracture my thigh. Then that state of the Prophet passed and Allah revealed:-- Except those who are disabled (by injury or are blind or lame etc).
حضرت سہل بن سعد ساعدی ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے مروان بن حکم کو مسجد میں دیکھا، فرماتے ہیں کہ میں ان کے پاس آیا اور ان کے پہلو میں بیٹھ گیا۔ انہوں نے ہمیں بتایا کہ انہیں زید بن ثابت ؓ نے خبر دی کہ نبی ﷺ نے ان سے یہ آیت لکھوائی: "مسلمانوں میں سے بیٹھ رہنے والے اور اللہ کی راہ میں اپنی جانوں اور اپنے مالوں سے جہاد کرنے والے برابر نہیں ہو سکتے۔" آپ یہ آیت لکھوا ہی رہے تھے کہ حضرت ابن ام مکتوم ؓ آ گئے اور عرض کی: اللہ کے رسول! اللہ کی قسم! اگر میرے اندر ہمت ہوتی تو آپ کے ساتھ مل کر ضرور جہاد میں شرکت کرتا اور وہ نابینا تھے۔ اس کے بعد اللہ تعالٰی نے اپنے رسول ﷺ پر وحی اتاری جبکہ آپ کی ران میری ران پر تھی۔ اس کا مجھ پر اتنا بوجھ پڑا کہ مجھے اپنی ران ٹوٹ جانے کا اندیشہ ہو گیا۔ جب یہ کیفیت دور ہوئی تو اللہ تعالٰی نے ﴿غَيْرُ أُولِي الضَّرَر﴾ کے مزید الفاظ نازل کر دیے۔
Hazrat Sahl bin Saad Sa'idi (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne Marwan bin Hakam ko masjid mein dekha, farmate hain ke main un ke paas aaya aur un ke pehlu mein baith gaya. Unhon ne humein bataya ke unhein Zaid bin Sabit (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne khabar di ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un se yeh ayat likhwayi: "Musalmanon mein se baith rehne wale aur Allah ki raah mein apni janon aur apne malon se jihad karne wale barabar nahi ho sakte." Aap yeh ayat likhwa hi rahe the ke Hazrat Ibn Umm-e-Maktum (Radi Allahu Anhu) aa gaye aur arz ki: Allah ke Rasul! Allah ki qasam! agar mere andar himmat hoti to Aap ke sath mil kar zaroor jihad mein shirkat karta aur woh nabina the. Is ke baad Allah Ta'ala ne apne Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) par wahyi utari jabke Aap ki raan meri raan par thi. Is ka mujh par itna bojh para ke mujhe apni raan toot jaane ka andesha ho gaya. Jab yeh kaifiyat door hui to Allah Ta'ala ne {Ghairu ulil-darari} ke mazeed alfaz nazil kar diye.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي سَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ : أَنَّهُ رَأَى مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَأَقْبَلْتُ حَتَّى جَلَسْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ ، فَأَخْبَرَنَا أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْلَى عَلَيْهِ لا يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سورة النساء آية 95 وَالْمُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ سورة النساء آية 95 ، فَجَاءَهُ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ وَهْوَ يُمِلُّهَا عَلَيَّ ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، وَاللَّهِ لَوْ أَسْتَطِيعُ الْجِهَادَ لَجَاهَدْتُ ، وَكَانَ أَعْمَى ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَفَخِذُهُ عَلَى فَخِذِي فَثَقُلَتْ عَلَيَّ ، حَتَّى خِفْتُ أَنْ تَرُضَّ فَخِذِي ، ثُمَّ سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ : غَيْرُ أُولِي الضَّرَرِ سورة النساء آية 95 .
