Sahih al-Bukhari 4631
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘nobody has the right to say that I am better than Yunus bin Matta (عليه السالم).’
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، وہ نبی ﷺ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ’’کسی انسان کے شایان شان نہیں کہ وہ کہے: میں یونس بن متی سے بہتر ہوں۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, woh Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain ke aap ne farmaya: ''Kisi insan ke shayan-e-shan nahi ke woh kahe: Main Yunus bin Matta se behtar hoon.''
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : مَا يَنْبَغِي لِعَبْدٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ : أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَتَّى .
