Chapter: Between every two calls (Adhan and Iqama) there is a Salat (prayer) (that is optional) for the one who wants to offer it.

Sahih al-Bukhari 627
Abdullah bin Mughaffal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, "There is a prayer between the two Adhans (Adhan and Iqama), there is a prayer between the two Adhans." And then while saying it the third time he added, "For the one who wants to (pray).
حضرت عبداللہ بن مغفل ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’ہر اذان اور اقامت کے درمیان نماز ہے۔ ہر اذان اور اقامت کے درمیان نماز ہے۔‘‘ پھر تیسری مرتبہ فرمایا: اگر کوئی پڑھنا چاہے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Mughaffal (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Har azan aur iqamat ke darmiyan namaz hai. Har azan aur iqamat ke darmiyan namaz hai.'' Phir teesri martaba farmaya: Agar koi parhna chahe.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّل ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : بَيْنَ كُلِّ أَذَانَيْنِ صَلَاةٌ ، بَيْنَ كُلِّ أَذَانَيْنِ صَلَاةٌ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ لِمَنْ شَاءَ .
