Sahih al-Bukhari 6742
Huzail (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘the judgment I will give in this matter will be like the judgment of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), one-half is for the daughter and one-sixth for the son's daughter and the rest of the inheritance for the sister.’
حضرت ہذیل سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: میں تو اس معاملے میں وہی فیصلہ کروں گا جو نبی ﷺ نے کیا تھا آپ نے بیٹی کو نصف پوتی کو چھٹا حصہ اور جو باقی بچا وہ بہن کو دیا تھا۔
Hazrat Huzail se riwayat hai unhone kaha ke Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne farmaya: Main to is maamle mein wahi faisla karunga jo Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne kiya tha Aap ne beti ko nisf, poti ko chattha hissa aur jo baaki bacha wo behen ko diya tha.
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ هُزَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : لَأَقْضِيَنَّ فِيهَا بِقَضَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : للْابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ ، وَلِابْنَةِ الِابْنِ السُّدُسُ ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ .
