Sahih al-Bukhari 6772
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle ( صلى ہللا عليه و آلهوسلم) said, ‘when an adulterer commits illegal sexual intercourse, then he is not a believer at the time when he is doing it; and when somebody drinks an alcoholic drink, then he is not believer at the time of drinking it, and when a thief steals, he is not a believer at the time when he is stealing; and when a robber robs and the people look at him, then he is not a believer at the time of doing it.’ Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) in another narration, narrated the same from the Prophet ( صلى ہللا عليه وآله وسلم) with the exclusion of robbery.
حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب بھی کوئی زنا کرتا ہے تو زنا کرتے وقت وہ مومن نہیں رہتا۔ جب بھی کوئی شراب نوشی کرتا ہے تو شراب پیتے وقت وہ مومن نہیں رہتا۔ جب بھی کوئی چوری کرتا ہے تو چوری کرتے وقت وہ ایمان سے نہیں ہوتا۔ اور جب بھی کوئی لوٹنے والا لوٹتا ہے کہ لوگ اپنی نظریں اٹھا اٹھا کر اسے دیکھتے ہیں تو وہ مومن نہیں رہتا۔ ابن شہاب نے سعید بن مسیّب اور ابو سلمہ سے، وہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے، وہ نبی ﷺ سے لوٹ مار کے الفاظ کے بغیر اسے بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Jab bhi koi zina karta hai to zina karte waqt wo momin nahi rehta. Jab bhi koi sharab-noshi karta hai to sharab peete waqt wo momin nahi rehta. Jab bhi koi chori karta hai to chori karte waqt wo iman se nahi hota. Aur jab bhi koi lootne wala lootta hai ke log apni nazrein utha utha kar usay dekhte hain to wo momin nahi rehta. Ibn Shihab ne Saeed bin Musayyib aur Abu Salama se, wo Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se, wo Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se loot maar ke alfaz ke baghair isay bayan karte hain.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ، وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ، وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَعَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا النُّهْبَةَ .
