بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا}

Sahih al-Bukhari 6791
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet said, The hand should be cut off for stealing a quarter of a Dinar.
سیدہ عائشہ ؓ سے ایک اور روایت ہے انہوں نے نبی ﷺ سے بیان کیا کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ربع دینار کی مالیت کی چوری کرنے پر ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے گا۔“
Sayyida Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se ek aur riwayat hai unhone Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan kiya ke Aap ne farmaya: "Rub'a dinar ki maliyat ki chori karne par hath kaat diya jaye ga."
حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَتْهُ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْها ، حَدَّثّتْهُم عن النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ .
