Sahih al-Bukhari 6901
Sahl bin Sa'd As-Sa'idi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that a man peeped through a hole in the door of Allah's Apostle's (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) house, and at that time, Allah's Apostle ( صلى ہللا عليه وآله وسلم) had an iron comb or bar with which he was rubbing his head. When Allah's Apostle ( صلىہللا عليه و آله وسلم) saw him, he said (to him), ‘if I had been sure that you were looking at me (through the door), I would have poked your eye with this (sharp iron bar).’ Allah's Apostle ( صلىہللا عليه و آله وسلم) added, ‘the asking for permission to enter has been enjoined so that one may not look unlawfully.
حضرت سہل بن سعد ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی رسول اللہ ﷺ کے حجرے کے دروازے کے ایک سوراخ سے اندر جھانکنے لگا جبکہ اس وقت رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس سر کھجلانے کا ایک آلہ تھا جس سے اپنا سر کھجلا رہے تھے۔ جب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اسے دیکھا تو فرمایا: ”اگر مجھے معلوم ہوتا کہ تو مجھے جھانک رہا ہے تو میں اس کے ساتھ تیری آنکھ پھوڑ دیتا۔“ پھر آپ نے فرمایا: ”کسی کے گھر آنے کے لیے اجازت لینے کا حکم اس لیے مشروع ہے کہ نظر نہ پڑے۔“
Hazrat Sahl bin Saad (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke hujre ke darwaze ke ek surakh se andar jhaankne laga jabke is waqt Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas sar khujlane ka ek aala tha jis se apna sar khujla rahe thay. Jab Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne isay dekha to farmaya: "Agar mujhe maloom hota ke tu mujhe jhaank raha hai to main is ke sath teri aankh phod deta." Phir Aap ne farmaya: "Kisi ke ghar aane ke liye ijazat lene ka hukm is liye mashroo' hai ke nazar na pade."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ فِي جُحْرٍ فِي بَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَمَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِدْرًى يَحُكُّ بِهِ رَأْسَهُ ، فَلَمَّا رَآهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَوْ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَنْتَظِرُنِي ، لَطَعَنْتُ بِهِ فِي عَيْنَيْكَ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الْإِذْنُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْبَصَرِ .
