Sahih al-Bukhari 7083
Narrated Al-Hasan: (Al-Ahnaf said:) I went out carrying my arms during the nights of the affliction (i.e. the war between `Ali and `Aisha) and Abu Bakra met me and asked, Where are you going? I replied, I intend to help the cousin of Allah's Apostle (i.e.,`Ali). Abu Bakra said, Allah's Apostle said, 'If two Muslims take out their swords to fight each other, then both of them will be from amongst the people of the Hell- Fire.' It was said to the Prophet, 'It is alright for the killer but what about the killed one?' He replied, 'The killed one had the intention to kill his opponent.' (See Hadith No. 30, Vol. 1) Narrated Al-Ahnaf: Abu Bakra said: The Prophet said (as above, 204).
حسن بصری سے روایت ہے انہوں نے (احنف بن قیس سے بیان کیا انہوں نے) کہا: میں فسادات کے زمانے میں اپنے ہتھیار لے کر نکلا تو راستے میں حضرت ابو بکرہ ؓ سے ملاقات ہوگئی۔ انہوں نے پوچھا: کہاں جانے کا ارادہ ہے؟ میں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ کے چچا زاد(حضرت علی ؓ) کی مدد کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب وہ مسلمان اپنی تلواریں لے کر ایک دوسرے سے بھڑ جائیں تو دونوں دوزخی ہیں۔ کہا گیا یہ تو قاتل تھا لیکن مقتول کا قصور ہے؟آپ نے فرمایا: ”اس نے بھی تو اپنے مقابل کو قتل کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تھا۔“
Hasan Basri se riwayat hai unhon ne (Ahnaf bin Qais se bayan kiya unhon ne) kaha: Main fasadat ke zamane mein apne hathiyar le kar nikla to raste mein Hazrat Abu Bakrah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se mulaqat hogayi. Unhon ne poocha: Kahan jaane ka irada hai? Main ne kaha: Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke chacha zaad (Hazrat Ali (Radi Allahu Anhu)) ki madad karna chahta hoon. Unhon ne kaha: Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Jab woh musalman apni talwarein le kar aik doosre se bhir jayein to dono dozakhi hain. Kaha gaya yeh to qatil tha lekin maqtool ka qasoor hai? Aap ne farmaya: "Is ne bhi to apne muqabil ko qatl karne ka irada kiya tha."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْتُ بِسِلَاحِي لَيَالِيَ الْفِتْنَةِ فَاسْتَقْبَلَنِي أَبُو بَكْرَةَ ،فَقَالَ : أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ ، قُلْتُ : أُرِيدُ نُصْرَةَ ابْنِ عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَكِلَاهُمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ ، قِيلَ : فَهَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ ؟ ، قَالَ : إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ ، قَالَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ : فَذَكَرْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لِأَيُّوبَ ،وَيُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ يُحَدِّثَانِي بِهِ ، فَقَالَا : إِنَّمَا رَويَ هَذَا الحَدِيثَ الْحَسَنُ ، عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ بِهَذَا ، وَقَالَ مُؤَمَّلٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، وَيُونُسُ ، وَهِشَامٌ ، وَمُعَلَّى بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَرَوَاهُ مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، وَرَوَاهُ بَكَّارُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، وَقَالَ غُنْدَرٌ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ .
