Chapter: To seek refuge with Allah from Al-Fitan

باب التَّعَوُّذِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ
Sahih al-Bukhari 7091
The above Hadith ( # 40) is narrated on the authority of Anas ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) through another chain and he said with the wording, ‘seeking refuge with Allah from the evil of afflictions.’
حضرت انس ؓ ہی سے ایک اور روایت ہے انہوں نے نبی ﷺ سے یہی حدیث نقل کی، اس میں ”فتنوں کی برائی“ کے بجائے ”فتنوں کے شر“ کا لفظ ہے۔
Hazrat Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) hi se aik aur riwayat hai unhon ne Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se yahi hadith naqal ki, is mein "fitnon ki burayi" ke bajaye "fitnon ke shar" ka lafz hai.
وقَالَ لِي خَلِيفَةُ ،حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، وَمُعْتَمِرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا حَدَّثَهُمْ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِهَذَا ، وَقَالَ : عَائِذًا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ الْفِتَنِ .
