Sahih al-Bukhari 7256
Umar (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہ) narrated that there was a man from the Ansar (who was a friend of mine). If he was not present in the company of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) I used to be present with Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I would tell him what I used to hear from Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), and when I was absent from Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) he used to be present with him, and he would tell me what he used to hear from Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم).
سیدنا عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے فرمایا: انصار میں سے ایک آدمی تھا جب وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی مجلس میں شرکت نہ کرتا اور میں ہوتا تو جو کچھ میں رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنتا اسے آکر بیان کر دیتا اور جب میں غائب ہوتا اور وہ مجلس میں شریک ہوتا تو وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنتا وہ مجھے بیان کر دیتا۔
Sayyiduna Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhone farmaya: Ansar mein se ek aadmi tha jab woh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki majlis mein shirkat na karta aur main hota to jo kuch main Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se sunta isay aakar bayan kar deta aur jab main ghaib hota aur woh majlis mein shareek hota to woh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se sunta woh mujhe bayan kar deta.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : وَكَانَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ إِذَا غَابَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَشَهِدْتُهُ أَتَيْتُهُ بِمَا يَكُونُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَإِذَا غِبْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَشَهِدَهُ أَتَانِي بِمَا يَكُونُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
