Sayyiduna 'Amr bin Al-'Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I was near the camel of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when I heard him saying, "He who, out of aversion, claims another man as his father besides his own father, or claims allegiance to someone other than his master, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Neither his voluntary act nor his obligatory act will be accepted."

سیدنا عمرو بن خارجہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کی اونٹنی کے پاس تھا، میں نے آپ ﷺ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا: ”جو شخص کراہت کی وجہ سے اپنے باپ کے سوا کسی اور کا بیٹا بنے یا اپنے مالک کے سوا دوسرے کا غلام بنے تو اس پر لعنت ہے اللہ تعالیٰ کی، فرشتوں کی اور تمام لوگوں کی، نہ اسکا نفل قبول ہوگا نہ فرض۔“
Sayyidna Amr bin Aas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: mein Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki untni ke paas tha, maine aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko kehte huye suna: ”Jo shakhs karahat ki wajah se apne baap ke siwa kisi aur ka beta bane ya apne malik ke siwa dusre ka ghulam bane to us par laanat hai Allah Ta'ala ki, farishton ki aur tamam logon ki, na uska nafl kabool hoga na farz.“
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ تَحْتَ نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ، يَقُولُ: "مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ، رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمْ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ، وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ، وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ".
