Salim narrated from his father (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both), who narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that: "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, it is as if he has lost his family and wealth."

سالم نے اپنے والد (سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما) سے مرفوعاً روایت کیا کہ: جس کی نماز عصر چھوٹ جائے گویا کہ اس کے اہل خانہ اور مال سب لٹ گئے۔
Salem ne apne walid (Sayyidna Abdullah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a) se marfooan riwayat kiya keh: Jis ki namaz Asr chhoot jaye goya keh uske ahl khana aur maal sab lut gaye.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ يَرْفَعُهُ، قَالَ:"إِنَّ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ الصَّلَاةُ: صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ، فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ".
