Chapter on a menstruating woman remembering Allah but not reciting Quran

باب الحائض تذكر الله عز وجل ولا تقرأ القرآن

Sunan al-Darimi 1025

Imam Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: A Junubi (a person in a state of ritual impurity after sexual intercourse) and a menstruating woman can recite the remembrance of Allah and say Bismillah.

Grade: Sahih

امام ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: جنبی اور حائض الله کا ذکر کریں گے اور بسم اللہ پڑھیں گے۔

imam ibrahim rehmatullah alaih ne kaha janbi aur haiz allah ka zikar karenge aur bismillah parhenge

(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "الْحَائِضُ وَالْجُنُبُ يَذْكُرَانِ اللَّهَ، وَيُسَمِّيَانِ".
