Sunan al-Darimi 1080
The Mother of the Believers, Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I was under a blanket with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when I got my period. I got up, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What is the matter?" I said: "I have what women have." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "This is something that Allah has decreed for the daughters of Adam." Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: So I got up and cleaned myself, then returned (to your purity). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Come inside the blanket," so I went inside.

ام المومنین سیدہ ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ ایک لحاف میں تھی کہ مجھے حیض آ گیا، میں کھڑی ہوئی، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کیا ہوا؟“ عرض کیا: وہی ہو گیا جو عورتوں کو ہو جاتا ہے، فرمایا: ”یہ چیز بنات آدم کے لئے اللہ تعالیٰ نے مقدر کر دی ہے“، ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: پس میں اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی اور میں نے اپنی حالت درست کی، پھر (آپ کے پاک) واپس آئی تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”لحاف کے اندر آ جاؤ“، لہذا میں داخل ہو گئی۔
Um ul momineen Sayyidah Umme Salma RA ne kaha: mein Rasulullah SAW ke saath ek lihaf mein thi keh mujhe haiz aa gaya, mein khadi hui, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ”kya hua?“, arz kiya: wahi ho gaya jo auraton ko ho jata hai, farmaya: ”yeh cheez banat e Aadam ke liye Allah Ta'ala ne muqaddar kar di hai“, Umme Salma RA ne kaha: pas mein uth khadi hui aur maine apni halat durust ki, phir (Aap ke paak) wapas aayi to Rasulullah SAW ne farmaya: ”lihaf ke andar aa jao“, lihaza mein dakhil ho gayi.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لِحَافٍ، فَوَجَدْتُ مَا تَجِدُ النِّسَاءُ، فَقُمْتُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "مَا لَكِ، أَنَفِسْتِ؟"، قُلْتُ: وَجَدْتُ مَا تَجِدُ النِّسَاءُ، قَالَ:"ذَاكَ مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَلَى بَنَاتِ آدَمَ"، قَالَتْ: فَقُمْتُ فَأَصْلَحْتُ مِنْ شَأْنِي، ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:"ادْخُلِي فِي اللِّحَافِ"، فَدَخَلْتُ.
