Chapter on those who say: They must pay expiation

باب من قال: عليه الكفارة

Sunan al-Darimi 1150

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he said: "It is obligatory upon him to give one dinar in charity."

Grade: Sahih

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے ایسے مرد کے بارے میں مروی ہے جو اپنی بیوی سے بحالت حیض جماع کرے، فرمایا: اسے ایک دینار صدقہ کرنا واجب ہو گا۔

Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se aise mard ke bare mein marvi hai jo apni biwi se be halat haiz jima kare, farmaya: use ek dinar sadqa karna wajib ho ga.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، فِي رَجُلٍ جَامَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ: «يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ»
