باب تغير الزمان وما يحدث فيه
Sunan al-Darimi 193
Imam Auza'i, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "It has reached me that it was said: 'Destruction is for the one who seeks knowledge of jurisprudence (fiqh) in other than acts of worship, and for the one who deems unlawful things lawful by means of doubts.'"

امام اوزاعی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: مجھے خبر دی گئی ہے کہ کہا جاتا تھا: ہلاکت ہے عبادت کے علاوہ کسی اور امر میں فقہ حاصل کرنے والے کے لئے اور شبہات کے ذریعہ حرمات کو حلال سمجھنے والوں کے لئے۔
Imam Auzai rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: mujhe khabar di gai hai ki kaha jata tha: halakat hai ibadat ke alawa kisi aur amr mein fiqh hasil karne wale ke liye aur shubahat ke zariye hurmat ko halal samajhne walon ke liye.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: أُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُقَالُ: "وَيْلٌ لِلْمُتَفَقِّهِينَ لِغَيْرِ الْعِبَادَةِ، وَالْمُسْتَحِلِّينَ لِلْحُرُمَاتِ بِالشُّبُهَاتِ".
