Sunan al-Darimi 2317
It is narrated on the authority of Karib that Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The husband of Subay’ah bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her) passed away. A few days after his death, Subay’ah (may Allah be pleased with her) gave birth to a child. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then commanded that she be married.

کریب سے مروی ہے کہ سیدہ ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا: سیدہ سبیعہ بنت الحارث رضی اللہ عنہا کے شوہر وفات پاگئے اور ان کی وفات کے چند روز بعد سیدہ سبیعہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بچے کو جنم دیا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کو نکاح کر لینے کا حکم دیا۔
Krib se marvi hai ke Sayyida Umm Salma raziallahu anha ne farmaya: Sayyida Safiyya bint al-Harith raziallahu anha ke shohar wafaat pa gaye aur un ki wafaat ke chand roz baad Sayyida Safiyya raziallahu anha ne bache ko janam diya to Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un ko nikah kar lene ka hukum diya.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ:"تُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُ سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ، فَوَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِأَيَّامٍ، فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ".
