Sunan al-Darimi 236
Our master Abu Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon before us and said: “May Allah keep fresh the one who hears a narration from us and conveys it as he heard it, for some of those to whom the narration is conveyed are more retentive than some of those who hear it. There are three things with which the heart of a Muslim will not deal treacherously: sincerity of action for the sake of Allah, giving sincere advice to every Muslim, and adhering to the main body of the Muslims, for their prayers encompass them from behind.”

سیدنا ابودرداء رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمارے سامنے خطبہ دیا اور فرمایا: ”تروتازہ رکھے اللہ تعالیٰ اس شخص کو جس نے ہم سے کوئی حدیث سنی اور جیسے سنی ویسے ہی (دوسروں) تک پہنچا دی، کیونکہ بعض وہ لوگ جن کو حدیث پہنچائی گئی سننے والے سے زیاده یاد رکھنے والے ہوتے ہیں۔ تین چیزیں ہیں جن پر کسی مسلمان کا دل خیانت نہیں کرے گا: اللہ کے لئے عمل خالص، ہر مسلمان کے لئے خیر خواہی اور مسلمانوں کی جماعت کا لازم پکڑنا، کیونکہ ان کی دعائیں ان کو پیچھے سے گھیر لیتی ہیں۔“
Sayyidina Abu Darda (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamare samne khutba diya aur farmaya: “Taro taza rakhe Allah taala us shakhs ko jis ne hum se koi hadees suni aur jaise suni waise hi (dusron) tak pahuncha di, kyunki baz wo log jin ko hadees pahunchai gai sunne wale se ziada yaad rakhne wale hote hain. Teen cheezain hain jin par kisi musalman ka dil khianat nahin karega: Allah ke liye amal khalis, har musalman ke liye khair khwahi aur musalmanon ki jamaat ka lazim pakadna, kyunki un ki duain un ko peechhe se gher leti hain.”
أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زُبَيْدٍ الْيَامِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَجْلَانِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: "نَضَّرَ اللَّهُ امْرَءًا سَمِعَ مِنَّا حَدِيثًا فَبَلَّغَهُ كَمَا سَمِعَهُ، فَرُبَّ مُبَلَّغٍ أَوْعَى مِنْ سَامِعٍ، ثَلَاثٌ لَا يَغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ قَلْبُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ: إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلَّهِ، وَالنَّصِيحَةُ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلُزُومُ جَمَاعَةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَإِنَّ دُعَاءَهُمْ يُحِيطُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِمْ".
