Sunan al-Darimi 2969
Ibrahim bin Misar said: Hasan (Basri) - may Allah have mercy on him - informed me that a grandmother would inherit in the presence of her son.

ابراہیم بن میسرہ نے کہا: مجھے حسن (بصری) رحمہ اللہ نے خبر دی کہ جده (دادی) اپنے بیٹے کی موجودگی میں وارث ہوگی۔
Ibrahim bin Maisra ne kaha: mujhe Hasan (Basri) rehmatullah alaih ne khabar di ki jadah (dadi) apne bete ki mojoodgi mein waris hogi.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنِي الْحَسَنُ، قَالَ: "تَرِثُ الْجِدَّةُ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ".
