Sunan al-Darimi 3024
Shu'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) did not consider two people of (different) religions to inherit from each other."

شعبی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: بیشک رسول اللہ ﷺ اور سیدنا ابوبکر و سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہما دو (مختلف) دین کے لوگوں کو آپس میں وارث نہیں مانتے تھے۔
Shabi rehmatullah alayh ne kaha: beshak Rasul Allah sallallahu alayhi wasallam aur Sayyiduna Abu Bakr wa Sayyiduna Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a do (mukhthalif) deen ke logon ko aapas mein waris nahin mante thay.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، عَنْ عِيسَى الْخياط، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ:"أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ، قَالُوا: لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ دِينَيْنِ".
