ومن كتاب الفرائض
Chapter: Inheritance of polytheists and Muslims.
باب: في ميراث أهل الشرك وأهل الإسلام
Sunan al-Darimi 3032
Ibrahim (peace be upon him) said: When a man dies, the right (inheritance) of the heir becomes obligatory, and he left nothing from the inheritance for the one who becomes Muslim or is freed before the division of inheritance.
Grade: Da'if
ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: جب آدمی مر جائے تو وارث کا حق (وراثت) واجب ہو جاتا ہے، اور جو میراث کی تقسیم سے پہلے مسلمان ہو یا آزاد ہو اس کے لئے میراث میں سے انہوں نے کچھ نہیں رکھا۔
Ibraheem rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: Jab aadmi mar jaye to waris ka haq (wirath) wajib ho jata hai, aur jo miras ki taqseem se pehle musalman ho ya azad ho uske liye miras mein se unhon ne kuch nahi rakha.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "إِذَا مَاتَ الْمَيِّتُ وَجَبَتْ الْحُقُوقُ لِأَهْلِهَا، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِمَنْ أَسْلَمَ أَوْ أُعْتِقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ الْمِيرَاثُ شَيْئًا".
