Sunan al-Darimi 3129
It is narrated on the authority of Mansur that Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The foundling (a child who has been picked up and brought) will inherit.
Grade: Sahih
منصور سے روایت ہے ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: حمیل (اٹھا کر لایا گیا بچہ) وارث ہو گا۔
Mansoor se riwayat hai Ibrahim rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: hamil waris ho ga.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "وَرِّثْ الْحَمِيلَ".
