ومن كتاب الفرائض Chapter: Inheritance of loyalty.
باب: ميراث الولاء
Sunan al-Darimi 3170
Imam Amr, Sha'bi and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on them) said: His right of inheritance will be for the one who initiated the emancipation first.
Grade: Sahih
امام عامر شعبی اور ابراہیم رحمہما اللہ نے کہا: اس کا حق میراث اس کے لئے ہوگا جس نے پہلی بار آزادی شروع کی۔
Imam Aamir Shabi aur Ibrahim rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: is ka haq miras is ke liye hoga jis ne pehli bar aazadi shuru ki.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ. ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ: أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا: "وَلَاؤُهُ لِمَنْ بَدَأَ بِالْعِتْقِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ".
