Chapter: Regarding someone who wills a portion of his wealth to the sons of so-and-so.

Sunan al-Darimi 3265
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man bequeaths something to someone's children, then in that bequest, the wealthy, the needy, the male and the female, all will be equal. Meaning, all of them will be given an equal share from the one-third (allocated for bequests)."

حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: کوئی آدمی کسی کی اولاد کے لئے وصیت کرے تو اس وصیت میں مال دار، محتاج، مرد و عورت سب برابر ہوں گے۔ یعنی سب کو ثلث میں سے برابر کا حصہ دیا جائے گا۔
Hasan rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: koi aadmi kisi ki aulad ke liye wasiyat kare to is wasiyat mein maal dar, mohtaj, mard o aurat sab barabar honge. Yaani sab ko suls mein se barabar ka hissa diya jayega.
(حديث موقوف) أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ:"فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ، قَالَ: غَنِيُّهُمْ وَفَقِيرُهُمْ وَذَكَرُهُمْ وَأُنْثَاهُمْ سَوَاءٌ".
