من كتاب الوصايا Chapter: Regarding someone who wills a portion of his wealth to the sons of so-and-so.

Sunan al-Darimi 3266
Hasan (may God have mercy on him) said: “If a person makes a bequest for someone's children, then both male and female will be equal in it.”
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: کوئی آدمی کسی کی اولاد کے لئے وصیت کرے تو اس میں مرد و عورت سب برابر ہوں گے۔
Hasan rehmatullah ne kaha: koi aadmi kisi ki aulad ke liye wasiyat kare to usme mard o aurat sab barabar honge.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "إِذَا أَوْصَى لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ، فَالذَّكَرُ وَالْأُنْثَى فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ".
